Our journey kicks off with a minivan transportation from Florence, to avoid the city traffic and start our bike ride from a peaceful village in the Chianti Classico, called Greve in Chianti.
Here we have a briefing to see how an e-bike works, with general safety rules to keep during the ride. The e-bikes make the ride easy for everyone: the powerful pedal-assist technology pushes you up the hills with little effort.
Our e-bike tour starts with a delightful ride through the beautiful Tuscan landscapes, framed by the rolling hills, in the direction of Montefioralle, a little village consisting of stone houses, that once used to be a castle. We can enter inside the village, walking with the bikes, to take a look of the glorious past, in contrast with the tranquillity that we can feel nowdays. Not by chance, this place is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
After that, our ride continues to Panzano in Chianti: follow your guide in an exhilarating ride, framed by the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, vineyards and olive groves. After climbing a few hills, we stop at a small family-run organic farm for an exclusive taste of their products. Here, you have the opportunity to savor the authentic flavors of Tuscan food, paired with exquisite extra- virgin olive oil. We also have the opportunity to explore the cellars of the winery. The lunch is crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients, all while savoring a curated selection of their exquisite local Chianti Classico DOCG wines. Enjoy your meal, surrounded by magical views over the vineyards of the Chianti.
